Chapter 02

The 41-Product Catalog

41 tools we've shipped, tiered by market position and readiness.

The catalog is the result of our process. 41 projects we’ve chosen to index: every tool substantive enough to stand on its own page. Grouped into flagship platforms, an active working stock of niche products and components, and an archive of retired work whose ideas survive inside the current line.

What follows is the entire ledger. Every entry links to a dedicated reading view with its tech stack, capability list, and the concepts it relates to across the rest of this manual. Tiers describe market position.

The software we build powers the services we deliver, and scales into products for the broader mission-driven market.

Tier 1

Flagship platforms

The four products that define the studio’s product line, plus the multi-agent framework that moves all of them. The platforms that carry furthest into the broader mission-driven market.

Tier 2

Niche productized services

Products with mature implementations and clear target segments. Several will productize fully in the next twelve months; several are best left as licensed frameworks or service accelerators.

Tier 3

Components & deliverables

Focused utilities and deliverables, destined to be absorbed into flagship products over time.

Internal

Operations tools

The studio’s own tooling. Listed for completeness and used in-house.

Archive

Dead folder, ideas that survived elsewhere

Retired projects whose core concepts were absorbed into active products. WBI-032’s owl-avatar and leveling system live on in WBI-003; WBI-033’s school-DAM research was folded into WBI-002; WBI-040 (a school CRM prototype) remains a standing need whose revival is plausible.
